Our next Open Mat is with Sayaka Torra from East Bay Judo Institute on Tuesday, July 28th at 6:00 pm Mountain (5:00 pm Pacific, 2:00 pm Hawaii and 8:00 pm Eastern). This is a great opportunity for all judoka to practice judo and engage in a dialogue with an elite athlete and coach! Participants should arrive prepared to work out, learn some judo, and ask Sensei Sayaka questions about her judo experiences and wisdom.
