Welcome to Mushin Judo!
We are a community and family focused Judo Dojo with the goal to provide Kodokan Judo to the city and area we love. We are a nationally sanctioned Judo facility in the beautiful state of Idaho, and recognized as a 5-star Dojo by the United States Judo Federation. We are open only on Sunday with classes from 3:30PM to 6:00PM. The club is conveniently located in South Boise just off the I-84 at 1462 S. Entertainment Ave. We have our own parking lot in front and also tons of free parking throughout the area. We take great pride in keeping our training environment safe, friendly and most importantly… very clean! Even if you have never practiced a martial art or participated in any sport for that matter, we warmly welcome you. We can get you started with basic stretching and strength training until you feel ready to try something new. The next step could be something as simple as learning how to safely fall and the right way to stand up. We are a club based on the principle of “Mutual Welfare and Benefit.” So, although we love to train hard and compete as a sport, self-discipline and respect for each other always come first. Our goal here at Mushin Judo is simple. It is to help you achieve the goals you set for yourself. Judo is for everyone to enjoy. We look forward to meeting you! Meet the instructors:
